The Ultramind Solution Diet Update

I have started the official program. Well as official as I could while still somewhat fitting into my life. Like I mentioned there is a few things I can not do. The Probiotics are a bit too pricey for me. Also I am unable to totally avoid electronics since my workplace has a lot of wireless devices. Also I have not had my home inspected for various molds etc. I will try to do this if possible however.

I have now been off High Fructose Corn Syrup now for awhile and I can tell a difference in that I do not have a sweet tooth like I did for the first 4 or 5 days. Also with a very few exceptions I have had not hydrogenated oils Obviously you can create your own based on the foods listed below. If you want to do the complete program, buy the book and he has the full 6 week program with shopping lists and recipes all included. If you try it out let me know so we can compare results. I have also not been able to get in to get my blood tested but I will still try to make that happen. Also do not forget your vitamins! I have been using them now for about 8 days. I have mastered the art of taking the fish oil pills in a way that ensures that there is not a nasty after taste.

I really like the lack of cravings that I already have. It is not as hard as I thought to eat without purchasing anything from a can, or box of any Kind. I am very excited for summer and all the local fresh produce comes into play. The diet recommends local produce but thats a little hard to find in your typical Oregon Winter.

"My body has not reacted well with working a desk job.  I am only 25, but have been having a lot of pain that has built up over the past 6 months...The cubicle workouts have truly helped, I cant even begin to tell you...so much better! Thanks Scott, love the routines!" Brandon
