		<description>i hate it when people stare at your for doing weird stretches and exercises, like roller coasters, cats&amp;dogs, anything supine pretty much like active splits and wide femur rotations are a good kick for my team mates... and my nickname is now &quot;Bear&quot; cuz i would bear crawl</description>

		<description>When I worked in the gym, it drove me crazy to see someone working out on the stair master, gripping the rails, pushing downward with elbows and shoulders, hips rotating unnaturally.  No wonder they beleived they were getting a good workout - their bodies were straining with so much grotesque inefficiency!</description>

		<description>True, that can be a little painful to watch. I refuse to put mirrors in the training center I have now for that exact reason, it promotes vanity, not efficiency.</description>

		<description>one thing that drives me crazy are the people who only care about working one specific part of their body or muscle group, and they spend a lot of time looking at themselves in the mirror. people think that if they can use a machine to &#039;isolate&#039; a specific muscle they want to train, they can get quick results. the problem, as you outlined in the strength training philosophy, is that it develops a major strength imbalance.</description>
