		<description>I like the &quot;traffic light eating&quot; idea!  My 6 year old granddaughter understood it immediately, and she suggested that &quot;marshmallows probably aren&#039;t green light food, right?&quot;
(Just for the record, this grandmother never gives candy to my grandkids.  I feed them wholesome, traditional meals, and they don&#039;t even ask for dessert.)</description>
