Trinity Summer Camp 2009 is Underway!

Today we began our 4th annual Trinity Sports Summer Conditioning Camp. Close to 100 people turned out for our month long 4 hour a day, 5 days a week program. We are thrilled with the combination of athletes we received ranging in age from 12 to 51!
This camp is a tremendous way to accomplish a significant amount of muscular efficiency gains in a short amount of time. The idea behind the camp I first learned about back in 1999 and I was able to participate in a camp similar to this one in the summer of 2000. It is an unbelievable experience to go through physically. It demands everything you have both mentally and physically as your body is pushed to its absolute limits.
This is the first year that we have now started to split the camp up based on different needs of the participants. In the past we have taken every athlete regardless of sport through the exact same progression. This year we will be splitting up the camp into different sports demands. The football players will do a slightly different camp from a soccer player. Both will have a completely different experience from a distance runner.
We are extremely excited about this new opportunity for the athletes in the camp. We will keep you posted on how they progress and hopefully share some video and pictures of the workouts they do.
