Cardio Cheat Sheets are on Their Way!

We have been working hard getting more product ready for you and the time is almost here for more products to be available in the store. Early next week the Cardio Cheat Sheets are going to be ready to roll. We have posted on these a few times in the past but in case you missed out on those here is another recap of what these great products can do for your workout regimen.

If you follow our blog you know we talk a lot about training for higher levels of muscular efficiency. We also are always evaluating the effectiveness of an exercise or piece of exercise equipment based on the possible negative side effects it may have which could limit your ability to gain more muscular efficiency. So when we built these program we had these thoughts in mind as we created a set of exercises that will make you more successful in your cardio workouts at creating more muscular efficiency. The result will be more calories burned, more effective muscle toning, and improved posture.

The first of the cardio cheat sheet programs will be for the Recumbent bike. Follow the link to a post where we talked at length about the strengths and weaknesses of this piece of equipment. To summarize it had a few major weaknesses, first being the fact that in a seated position really limited your ability to burn calories by greatly reducing the stimulus to certain muscles in the body. The Cheat Sheets for this product are to help counter this by giving you additional exercises to go along with the bike. You will get a warm-up and then a full workout program for 3 different levels, beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

Next on the list that will be available next week will be the Treadmill. The first is a walking program but we will have a running program to follow later. The treadmill we discussed at length in this post. We at Train2move are a big fan of the treadmill but it also has some weaknesses that can easily be corrected with the help of the cheat sheets we have devised for the treadmill. These will help take your workouts to another level of calorie burning and muscle toning. Just like the bike, you will get a warm-up and then a full workout program for 3 different levels, beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

The third program that is ready to go is for the elliptical trainer. Just like the treadmill we are big fans of a good elliptical trainer for its ability to promote good range of motion in the hips. Just like all other machines however, it has some limitations that the cheat sheets will help to overcome to give you even better results from your current workouts. Once again this program will give you a warm-up and then a full workout program for 3 different levels, beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

Make sure to check the store next week for these great and extremely affordable products. Soon we will be adding more to this program as we add in Cheat sheets for the stairmaster, rowing machines, and more.

If you currently work out at home and own one of these pieces of cardio equipment we encourage you to maximize the results you are getting from you investment in your health. If you are doing cardio at the gym and are finding the results to be slower than you thought or are just getting bored with the same old routine, these programs will bring new life, and improved results to you cardio program.
