Our Am/Pm Program will be available this Week!

As we mentioned the other day, our Cardio Cheat Sheet program is going up for sale this week in the store. We are also very excited to offer you the Am/Pm workout program. We are extremely excited to bring this to you. We had just about everyone in mind when we put this one together.

The premise behind the AM routine is to provide your body with a specific style of routine in the morning we like to call muscular activation. Like it sounds, the exercise are created in a way that will elicit a response from the muscular system that will help to promote proper movement of the skeletal system. These exercises will also help to create good posture by placing demand on the muscles around the hips, shoulders, and back.

The PM routine is to address the many imbalances that our body develops during the day. Our jobs, our shuttling kid around, maybe hours of homework, all of these things that limit the amount of demand we place on our muscles creates high levels of tightness and imbalance and even fatigue. We designed the PM routines to address these issues. The moves included will restore posture, lengthen muscles that may have tightened up during the day, and help to prevent these issues from disrupting your sleep.

Look for these great routines to be available by mid week. Included in the package will be 8 total routines. 4 AM and 4PM routines.
