What Product Would You Like to see in the Store Next?

To this point we have tried to put out a wide variety of products for you to try out. Now that many of you have had a chance to use some of them we are wondering what would be the next type of product you would like to see built. We are going to be putting up a Poll and it will stay for 2 weeks. During that time vote for which one you would like to see or you can list your own. At the end of the 2 week period we can then begin working on it for you.

We are trying to make sure we get out the training that will help all of you become successful in several areas. One is obviously your overall health. We want to try and make exercise accessible to everyone without the cost of gym fees or fancy equipment. Those of you who have those we are also going to be taking care of you by teaching you how to get the most from those.

Secondly we want to try and provide you with the right type of training to help limit the amount of pain in your body. We are very aware that many of you are suffering from various pain symptoms in your body and we hope to show you how you can learn to handle some of those issues without the need of medication, braces, and ultimately surgeries.

Finally we also want you to be successful in whatever fitness goals you have set for yourself. Losing some weight, running a marathon, increasing your speed and power for a sport. We have been, and will be continuing to show you the most efficient way of accomplishing these goals without the many negative side effects that many other programs leave you with.
