		<description>Josh, I like what you said about a proper warm-up. I know some people who like to just get up from bed or after sitting for a while and just start working out. No wonder many of them begin to get pain symptoms in their bodies! The body needs to be prepared for hard activity by warming up so it can function the way its supposed to without compensation. Good post!</description>
