Newsletter Issue #2 is on the Way!

After a little delay on our end to make some last minute tweaks to the “30 Days to a New Back” program we are ready to launch the second edition of our newsletter. If yo have not signed up yet you have until Sunday night to get it done.

Included in this edition will be the first workout of a 5 part workout program designed to help reduce or even eliminate your lower back pain. As we mentioned in a few other posts about this we are not medically licensed and to our knowledge there is no one in the medical community that endorses our programs.

We built this program to accomplish a few different things for you. First we want to give you a program that follows the 4 laws of Training we have been discussing. We believe that much of the back pain we suffer from is attributed to poor posture and a lack of efficiency in the muscular system. By correcting both of these problems we have found that you are able to greatly reduce or n many cases, eliminate your back pain.
