I absolutely Love my New IPhone!

I had been putting this off for awhile but a few weeks ago I finally broke down and got an IPhone. I have always been a big gadget person, I like to have the latest and coolest new electronics but I find myself busy enough right now I have very little time to enjoy many of them. The IPhone helped to correct this problem while also enabling me to be more productive to allow me to have a bit more free time.
Just to show you the effectiveness of my new toy I am actually doing this post while watching my daughter at her gymnastics lesson. Amazing what these phones are capable of.
I have already gone crazy downloading apps for it and one of the first things I looked at was fitness options. I was very curios to see what they had to offer and to my surprise there was quite a few options. The one that really caught my attention the most was iFitness. It is a program that has hundreds of exercises in a database broken up by body part.
Within each you have the option of looking at pictures for examples of you can even see a video of someone performing the move. This is a great tool for someone who does not want to pay a trainer $50.00 for a quick session to learn some new moves to add into their workout regimen. The program even comes with some complete workouts on them. These workouts are your basic gym variety but do offer a decent amount of variety.
Also included is some nice features to help you with goal setting like a BMI calculator, weight monitor, and a measurement guide. For how cheap these apps are you really get a lot. I would love the chance to build one of these. The limitation to a this particular program is the ability to make sure that your workout is ensuring that your body is following the 4 Laws of Training to help improve your overall muscular efficiency.
If you have an Iphone and know of some other good workout apps, let me know. If you are someone who makes apps, lets talk! I would love to be able to modify programs for my clients and then have them upload it. If you think you can build that I am all for it! This could become an incredible tool for trainers.

You should definitely make a fitness app for the iphone! It would be a cool way to get more people training using your philosophy.
