I'm with you, Scott - I'd like to eat without consequence ... but I can't. I have a gluten allergy and sensitivity to sugar and excessive carbs. But these are not a drag, they're a blessing. I must eat a clean diet of unprocessed, nutrient dense food or I'm sick. The benefits of a traditional diet like that are many. Combined with proper exercise, I feel great, I don't look my age, and I can do pretty much any activities that I want. The energy and well-being are worth watching what you eat and it ends up not being hard because the rewards are so great!
