How to Break Down the Training Aspect of Pregnancy.

Before we get into the trimesters, lets look at pregnancy as a total event first. If you are going to start a training regimen you want to look at the finish or goal and work your way backwards. What is the ultimate goal of fitness and pregnancy? Well according to Train2move it should be to have the mother's body in as perfect of an anatomical position as possible and the muscular efficiency to have complete muscular control over the skeletal system. Pregnancy Nutrition Info……..A Safe choice for a supplement

There was a great article in the Spring/Summer Issue of the Juice Plus Newsletter that I thought would be good to share with you. I have added other Juice plus related material in this blog before and I do so because I feel it is a great product. I have yet to find any research that proves that Juice plus does not do exactly what it claims. Many other products like multi vitamins are starting to be exposed for not being all they are cracked up to be. I am not a sales person for Juice plus, I just have been in this industry long enough to have learned the difference between a quality product and one that is just a fad.
So here is some great info for you to check out if you are looking for ways to keep yourself and your baby healthy.

Fitness and Pregnancy

My wife has back issues of Pregnancy magazines for I am not sure how many years. My Son is almost 8 so we have quite a few to say the least. I love how exercise is stresses in all of the se magazines. The one I was reading was from the Oct/Nov 2006 issue of Fit Pregnancy. The article she was looking at was discussing how important yoga was during pregnancy. They gave 6 free poses that you could try with a good explanation of each move along with a picture. Also in the article they discussed the benefit of yoga in its ability to calm the body and bring you closer to your baby.
